We kindly inform you that according to Art. 13 par. 1 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR for short), we would like to inform you that the administrator of your personal data is AZET Hats & Caps Sp. z o.o., ul. Ptasia 1, Żołędowo, 86-031 Osielsko.

Your personal data will be processed to the extent provided by you via electronic messages and other forms of contact with AZET Hats & Caps Sp. z o.o., in order to:
– the implementation of orders placed by you or the performance of services pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR (activities necessary to perform the contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject, prior to entering into the contract),
– pursuing possible claims against the Service Recipient pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR (implementation of legitimate interests pursued by the administrator)
– in the case of additional consents – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR – to the extent and for the purposes indicated in the content of these consents.
Your personal data may be disclosed:
a) public entities authorized under separate provisions, for the purposes of their proceedings,
b) other external entities supporting

AZET Hats & Caps Sp. z o.o. in the field of IT or accounting services, such entities will process data on the basis of an agreement with AZET Hats & Caps Sp. z o.o. and only in accordance with her instructions.

Your personal data will be processed until the contract is performed, as well as after its completion for purposes related to:
a) pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
b) performance of obligations under the law, including in particular tax and accounting,
c) archiving of documentation,
d) if you consent to the processing of personal data for other purposes, your personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, and in the event of additional consent, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing your personal data by you is a condition for using the services provided by AZET Hats & Caps Sp. z o.o. If personal data is not provided, AZET Hats & Caps Sp. z o.o. will not be able to provide the indicated services.

Your data will not be used for automated decision-making which is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and has legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.

The company AZET Hats & Caps Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy for important reasons, that is: changes in the law to the extent to which these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations.
